Grown in Ethiopia’s lush highlands, Bekele’s family farm flourishes with coffee trees interwoven with bananas, false bananas, and avocados—creating a rich, biodiverse environment that nurtures every bean to perfection.
Harvested at peak ripeness between October 2023 and January 2024, each cherry is meticulously hand-picked and carefully processed at Dambi’s drying station. The beans are expertly hand-sorted and dried on raised African beds, ensuring an exceptional flavor profile that reflects the passion and precision behind every step.
